We will respond with a formal quote within 1 business day. If you decide to proceed, we will aim to carry out the property inspection as quickly as possible for you - booking it in with the agent directly. We then aim to email you the finished report within an average of 5 working days from the day after the inspection takes place - sometimes this can be sooner and sometimes a few more days - it is all depending on the surveyors findings. We do our best to get the report finalised and sent over to you without compromising on quality and detail.
